TOPLAP Linz

The home of live coding in Linz, Austria

TOPLAP Linz is a collective that practices and promotes live coding as a sound and visual computer-mediated creation technique and common artistic grammar. It questions the normative relationships and discourses of computing and explores new ones through the use and development of free and open software. It’s part of the global TOPLAP network.

It was founded on May 2024 by Sule Suarez and Gorka Egino and since then it’s been active, having multiple concerts and workshops both in Austria and internationally. We have also partnered with other collectives and organizations as servus.at and DH5 in Linz, Then Try This in Sheffield and Live coding Vienna in Vienna.
